🔄 Return Policy
Due to the religious and sacred nature of Narmadeshwar Shivlings, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
Returns will be accepted if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Major manufacturing defect
Mandatory Conditions:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Without proper video proof, damage claims may not be approved.
💰 Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be initiated.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
